Cancer Sores are shallow ulcers,that appears in mouth which are very small and makes uncomfortable to eat and talk.

Types of Cancer Sores:

• Simple Cancer Sores: This occurs in people between the age of 10 and 20 and it will appear 3 to 4 times a year, will last for a week.
• Complex Cancer Sores: This is less common and very difficult to eat and talk and may persist for a longer period of time.

Causes for Cancer Sores:

The exact cause for cancer sore is not know yet but there are some things that trigger Cancer Sores , Some of them are –Stress or injury of tissue is one of the cause, Certain Food stuffs causes cancer sores they are citrus and acidic foods for example lemons, oranges, pineapples, strawberries etc. Even a sharp tooth may cause this problem that sharp teeth may cause damage to the tissue in mouth and cause Cancer Sores.

In case of complex Cancer Sores the problem may be in the immune system, lack of vitamin B12, folic acid, iron deficiency , due to unbalanced diet and also due to gastrointestinal problem.

Symptoms of Cancer Sores:

• A burning sensation before the appearance of the sore.
• Sore in the tongue, upper part of the mouth(that’s inside the mouth),inner part of the lips.
• The sores will be red in color sometimes grey or black in color.
