Prostate Cancer:

Prostate cancer is the most general disease which is in prostate. It affects only men. In the reproductive system of men, prostate is a gland. There are various types of cell in the prostate, prostate cancer appears when the cells starts to grow and spread in a uncontrolled manner.

Symptoms of Prostate Cancer:

In initial stage of prostate cancer, symptoms will not appear to all. After the spreading of this disease only the symptoms can be experience by men.

  • Pain or burning while urination
  • Loss of weight
  • Pain in back
  • Ache in hips
  • Blood appears in the urine
  • Repeated night-time urination
  • Pain in between the hip bones

Causes of Prostate Cancer:

Until now, the real cause of this cancer cannot be known.

Risk factors for prostate cancer:

  • Age is the major risk factor for prostate cancer. Man, who cross the age of 50, have more chances of getting this cancer. It is sad, but it is truth, out of 3, 2 of them with this cancer completes the age of 65.
  • Risk factor of man is becomes increase when his father or his brother have prostate cancer.
  • Prostate cancer is very common in northwestern Europe, North America, and some other places. It is smaller in amount in Asia, South America, and Africa. The clear reasons are not known.
  • Scientists had found various hereditary genes increase the risk of prostate cancer, but it is not for all. Testing of genes is not available.

How to avoid prostate cancer?

By developing nutrition in healthy way we can avoid this cancer. Vegetables are the right thing, it provide many anti-carcinogen matter. Tomatoes are really best for this intention. Try to avoid fat foods, smoke and moderately cooked food, it has carcinogen matter.
