· Fatigue
· Periods changes
· Night sweats or hot flashes
The causes of menopause in puberty women are due to release of more eggs than their stored in ovaries. If the egg is not fertilized bleeding occurs in the uterus. The ovaries stop at the age of 40 due to release of less eggs and producing a small amount of estrogen. If the women missed the periods in their menopause time, they have less chance to get pregnant. The reasons for occurring menopause are the hormones progesterone and estrogen stop producing by the ovary.

Menopause diagnosis

If there are no periods for one year it’s a clear sign of post menopause. Menopause can be diagnosis by hormone levels testing especially follicle stimulating hormone test. If the woman does not have periods for three months the follicle stimulating hormone test is most useful to diagnosis menopause. Menopause can also be diagnosis by progesterone, estrogen and testosterone hormones tests. The osteoporosis and heart diseases occurs during the menopause period.
